Dongguan kangbao garment manufacturers

When sourcing from Dongguan Kangbao, prioritize fabric composition and weight (GSM) to ensure it meets your brand's quality standards. Key technical factors include colorfastness (Grade 4 or higher), shrinkage control (within +/- 3%), and stitching density (typically 10-12 stitches per inch) for durability. For functional wear, verify moisture-wicking capabilities and breathability ratings.

To ensure international market access, verify that the supplier adheres to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 for chemical safety and ISO 9001 for quality management. For the US market, ensure compliance with CPSIA (especially for children's wear), and for the EU, ensure products meet REACH regulations. Requesting a BSCI or Sedex audit report is highly recommended to ensure social responsibility compliance.

Assess the supplier's monthly output capacity to ensure they can scale with your growth. Dongguan Kangbao typically excels in OEM/ODM services; therefore, you should confirm their ability to handle Tech Packs, provide CAD pattern making, and offer various printing/embroidery techniques like screen printing, heat transfer, or 3D embroidery. Ask for their sample lead time, which should ideally be between 7 to 10 days.

These garments are highly versatile, ranging from casual everyday wear and high-performance sportswear to corporate uniforms and promotional apparel. Their expertise in the Dongguan manufacturing hub allows for specialized production of athleisure, hoodies, T-shirts, and jackets that require a balance of aesthetic appeal and functional durability.

The primary risks include quality inconsistency between samples and bulk production and delayed shipping. Mitigate these by using third-party inspection services (like V-Trust or QIMA) before final payment. Always use Secure Payment services on Made-in-China.com to protect your funds until the goods are verified.

Focus on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than just the unit price. Negotiate based on volume tiers (e.g., discounts for 1,000+ units) and seek favorable payment terms such as a 30% deposit and 70% balance after inspection. Mentioning long-term partnership potential can often secure better MOQ flexibility.

For large volumes, Sea Freight (FCL or LCL) is the most economical, while Air Freight is better for urgent samples. Ensure the supplier provides accurate HS Codes (typically Chapter 61 or 62) to avoid customs delays. Consider DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms if you want the supplier to handle all import duties and local delivery, simplifying your logistics chain.

Always conduct transactions through reputable B2B platforms like Made-in-China.com, utilizing their Audit Reports to verify the supplier's physical existence and business license. Avoid direct wire transfers to private accounts; instead, use official corporate accounts verified by the platform to ensure legal recourse and payment protection.
