India sex doll manufacturers

Buyers should choose between Medical-grade Silicone and TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer). Silicone offers superior durability, heat resistance, and ease of cleaning, making it ideal for long-term use. TPE is softer and more cost-effective but requires regular powdering to prevent oiliness and is more prone to staining. Ensure the supplier provides SGS or RoHS certification to guarantee the materials are non-toxic and skin-safe.

A high-quality doll must feature a stainless steel or reinforced aluminum skeleton with multi-axis joints. This allows for a wide range of motion without metal fatigue. Check for load-bearing capacities of the joints to ensure they can support the doll's weight in various positions. Integrated heating systems and voice-active AI modules are optional technical upgrades that enhance the user experience but require CE or UL electrical safety certification.

Focus on hand-painted detailing (veins, skin texture) and the quality of implanted hair versus wigs. Request high-definition videos of the seam lines; premium manufacturers use advanced molding techniques to minimize visible seams. For customization, verify if the supplier offers 3D scanning or custom head sculpting services to meet specific market demands.

India has strict customs regulations regarding 'obscene materials' under the Customs Act and the Indian Penal Code (Section 292). To mitigate risk, ensure the product is classified correctly as 'Anatomical Models' or 'Silicon Art Crafts'. Avoid any marketing materials or packaging that could be deemed explicit or offensive by customs officials, as this may lead to shipment seizure or legal penalties.

Always use Secured Payment services provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released upon confirmation of receipt. Conduct a Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI) through a third party to verify that the weight, height, and features match the Proforma Invoice. This prevents the common risk of 'bait and switch' where a lower-quality TPE doll is sent instead of a premium silicone one.

Request discreet, neutral packaging (plain brown boxes) with no mention of the contents. For shipping to India, Sea Freight (LCL) is more economical for bulk orders, but Air Freight is recommended for samples to reduce the time the product spends in humid port environments. Ensure the doll is bolted to the internal crate to prevent shifting and damage to the internal skeleton during transit.
