L carnitine injection price manufacturers

When sourcing L-Carnitine injections, the purity level should be at least 99% to ensure efficacy and safety. Buyers must verify the concentration (typically 1g/5ml or 2g/5ml) to match specific clinical or fitness requirements. Always request a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for every batch to confirm the absence of heavy metals and microbial contaminants.

Injectable products fall under strict medical regulations. Ensure the manufacturer follows GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards. For international trade, look for ISO 13485 or CE marking if applicable. If importing to the US, check for FDA facility registration, and for the EU, ensure compliance with EMA guidelines regarding sterile injectable liquids.

L-Carnitine is sensitive to light and temperature. Ensure the product is housed in amber glass ampoules or vials to prevent UV degradation. The packaging must be hermetically sealed to maintain sterility. During transit, the temperature should be maintained between 15°C to 30°C (59°F to 86°F); avoid freezing or excessive heat which can denature the compound.

Price varies significantly based on the grade of the ingredient. Pharmaceutical-grade L-Carnitine for clinical use commands a premium due to higher sterility requirements, whereas veterinary or fitness-grade versions may be more cost-effective. Bulk pricing usually triggers at 1,000 units or more, where discounts of 20-40% are common compared to sample prices.

Injectable liquids are often flagged as high-risk items by customs. You must ensure the HS Code (typically 2923.90) is correctly declared. Failure to provide a Medical Device License or Import Permit required by your local health authority (e.g., FDA, MHRA) can lead to seizure of goods. Always consult a specialized customs broker before shipping.

To mitigate financial risk, use secure payment terms such as Letter of Credit (L/C) or platforms like Made-in-China.com that offer trade security services. Never pay 100% upfront to a new supplier; a standard 30% deposit and 70% balance after third-party lab testing is a safer professional practice.

For small to medium batches, Air Freight with 'Liquid/Powder' clearance capability is preferred to minimize time in uncontrolled environments. For large volumes, Sea Freight with temperature-controlled (Reefer) containers is necessary. Ensure the forwarder provides a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) to the carrier to avoid shipment rejection.

Do not simply chase the lowest price. In the injectable market, low prices often indicate sub-standard sterilization or low-purity raw materials. Negotiate based on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), including the cost of independent lab verification. Ask for a sample for bio-equivalence testing before committing to a large-scale contract.
