Mobile phone replacement parts manufacturers

In the sourcing market, parts are generally categorized into Original (OEM), Refurbished, and Aftermarket (AAA/Copy). For screens, OLED vs. Incell technology is a critical distinction; Incell is cheaper but thicker and less vibrant. For batteries, ensure they use high-capacity cobalt cells rather than cheaper manganese alternatives to guarantee a cycle life of 500+ charges.

Buyers must verify the IC chip compatibility, especially for iPhone screens (to maintain True Tone and Face ID functionality) and charging ports. Always confirm the version number (e.g., US vs. EU version) as flex cable layouts often differ. For batteries, check that the nominal voltage and Watt-hour (Wh) ratings match the original manufacturer specifications exactly.

For batteries, UN38.3, MSDS, and CE/RoHS certifications are mandatory for international shipping and safety compliance. For electronic components, ensure the supplier follows ISO 9001:2015 for quality management. If selling in the US, UL certification for batteries is highly recommended to mitigate liability risks.

Request a 100% functional test report using professional testers like the JCID or DL400 series. Key metrics include dead pixel checks, touch sensitivity (sampling rate), and current stability. For high-value orders, insist on a video inspection of the testing process or hire a third-party inspector to verify the Defective Rate (RMA) is below the industry standard of 1-2%.

Lithium batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods. You must use a freight forwarder experienced in DG (Dangerous Goods) shipping and ensure products are packed in UN-approved packaging with proper labeling. For smaller batches, specialized air lines (Battery Lines) are more cost-effective than standard express couriers.

Focus on the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) policy rather than just the unit price. A supplier offering a 12-month warranty with a 'replace-with-next-order' policy is often more valuable than one with the lowest price but no after-sales support. Ask for tiered pricing based on monthly volume to incentivize long-term partnership.

Always conduct transactions through Secured Trading Services on professional platforms like Made-in-China.com. Avoid direct wire transfers to private bank accounts. Verify the supplier's Audit Report and check if they are a Diamond Member with a verified manufacturing facility to ensure they are not a fly-by-night trading company.

Be cautious when importing parts with brand logos. Customs in many countries (like the US or Germany) may seize items bearing unauthorized trademarks. To minimize risk, request 'neutral packaging' or parts where logos are covered by removable black tape/stickers to comply with international trade regulations.
