Paper bowl making machine price manufacturers

Selecting a machine depends on your target output. Medium-speed machines (70-90 pcs/min) are the industry standard for reliability and cost-balance, while high-speed models (100-120+ pcs/min) utilize open-cam technology and gear-driven systems for 24/7 heavy-duty production. Ensure the machine features an automatic lubrication system to reduce mechanical wear and a PLC control system (like Siemens or Delta) for precise synchronization of the feeding, sealing, and bottom-knurling processes.

The sealing technology is critical. Look for machines equipped with Ultrasonic Sealing for the side wall, which works better than hot air for double-PE coated paper. For the bottom, ensure the machine has a high-precision knurling system and pre-heating elements. The ability to handle paper weights from 150gsm to 350gsm ensures versatility for different bowl sizes and liquid temperatures.

Since these are industrial food-packaging machines, they must meet CE Certification for safety and ISO 9001 for manufacturing quality. Verify that the electrical components have overload protection and that the machine includes safety sensors that trigger an automatic stop if a paper jam or malfunction occurs, preventing costly damage to the molds.

Molds are the most expensive consumables. Prioritize suppliers that offer exchangeable molds, allowing you to produce different bowl sizes (e.g., 20oz, 32oz) on the same base machine. Check if the molds are made of high-grade aluminum or hardened steel to ensure a long lifespan and consistent bowl dimensions, which reduces the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) over time.

Always request a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) video before final payment. For high-value machinery, hire a third-party inspection service (like SGS or Intertek) to verify the mechanical components and run a trial production of at least 1,000 bowls. On Made-in-China.com, look for Audited Suppliers to ensure the factory's existence and production capacity have been physically verified.

Don't just negotiate on the sticker price; negotiate on the spare parts package (heaters, sensors, suction pads) and extended warranty. Ask for a 2-year warranty instead of the standard 1 year. If purchasing multiple units, leverage the bulk discount which can range from 5% to 12%, or request free door-to-door installation and training for your technical team.

Paper bowl machines are heavy and sensitive. Ensure the contract specifies vacuum-sealed plastic wrapping and reinforced wooden crate packaging to prevent sea-salt corrosion. Use CIF or DAP terms if you are unfamiliar with local logistics, and confirm if the supplier provides remote video technical support or has local engineers available for the initial setup and debugging.

Use secure payment escrow services provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released after proof of shipment. Avoid direct transfers to private bank accounts. Ensure the Proforma Invoice (PI) clearly states the HS Code (typically 844130), lead time, and specific technical parameters to avoid customs delays or disputes.
