Royal jewellery price manufacturers

When sourcing Royal Jewellery, prioritize 925 Sterling Silver, 18K Gold, or Platinum (Pt950) as base metals. Ensure all gemstones are accompanied by GIA, IGI, or NGTC certifications to verify authenticity, color, clarity, and cut. For 'Royal' style pieces, look for high-grade electroplating (minimum 2.5 microns) to ensure long-lasting luster and prevent oxidation.

Examine the setting technique; premium pieces should use hand-setting or micro-pave rather than glue to ensure stones do not fall out. Check for symmetrical aesthetics and a high-polish finish with no visible mold lines. Request high-definition macro videos from the supplier to inspect the prongs and the smoothness of the metal edges.

Ensure products comply with REACH regulations (EU) or ASTM F2999 (US), specifically testing for Lead, Cadmium, and Nickel release to prevent skin allergies. Suppliers should provide Third-Party Lab Test Reports (SGS or Intertek) to facilitate smooth customs clearance and ensure consumer safety.

Yes, most professional manufacturers on Made-in-China.com offer OEM/ODM services. This includes laser-engraved logos, custom-designed luxury velvet packaging, and bespoke modifications to stone types (e.g., replacing Zircon with Lab-grown Diamonds) to meet specific price points and brand positioning.

Jewellery pricing is highly sensitive to daily precious metal market rates. Negotiate a formula-based pricing model (Metal Market Price + Labor Cost + Premium). For bulk orders exceeding 500 pieces, aim for a 15-25% discount compared to sample prices, and always clarify if the price includes luxury gift boxes and certificates.

Use Secured Payment services provided by Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released upon proof of shipment. For high-value jewellery, always use insured express couriers like FedEx or DHL with 'High-Value Goods' declarations. Avoid standard postal services to minimize the risk of theft or loss during transit.

Request a Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI). You can hire a third-party inspector to perform a Random Sampling Test using an XRF analyzer to verify metal purity. Ensure the Proforma Invoice (PI) explicitly states the fineness of the metal and the grade of the stones to provide legal recourse in case of discrepancies.

Check the HS Code (typically Chapter 71) for your specific country to calculate Import Duties and Luxury Taxes. Be aware of Anti-Dumping Duties that may apply to specific plated base metals. Ensure the supplier provides a Certificate of Origin (CO), which may help you qualify for preferential tariff rates under various trade agreements.
