Samsung fan motor manufacturers

Buyers must prioritize Voltage (typically 12V DC for refrigerators or 220V AC for AC units), Wattage, and Rotational Speed (RPM). It is critical to verify the shaft length and diameter to ensure physical fit. For brushless DC (BLDC) motors, confirm the connector pin configuration (3-pin vs 4-pin) to ensure communication with the main PCB is seamless.

Ensure the supplier provides CE, UL, or VDE certifications, which are essential for electrical components. For motors used in refrigeration, look for Class F or Class H insulation ratings to handle temperature fluctuations. Additionally, verify RoHS compliance to ensure the product is free from hazardous substances, which is a mandatory requirement for entering the EU and North American markets.

A high-quality motor should feature low noise levels (typically <45dB) and minimal vibration. Request data on bearing type; double-ball bearings generally offer a longer lifespan (up to 50,000 hours) compared to sleeve bearings. Suppliers should provide MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) reports to validate long-term reliability in continuous-run scenarios.

Yes, many professional manufacturers on Made-in-China.com offer OEM/ODM services. You can request specific lead wire lengths, custom mounting brackets, or modified RPM settings to match specific Samsung part numbers (e.g., DA31 series for refrigerators). Always provide the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) part code to the supplier to ensure 100% technical compatibility.

Always request a functional sample before placing a bulk order. Use a third-party inspection service (like SGS or Intertek) to conduct a 'Pre-Shipment Inspection' (PSI) focusing on dielectric strength tests and power consumption accuracy. This prevents the high cost of returning defective electrical goods across borders.

Focus on Tiered Pricing based on volume; for example, aim for a 15-20% discount when moving from 100 units to 1,000 units. Negotiate for a warranty period of at least 12-24 months. Professional suppliers willing to stand behind their quality will often agree to 1-2% spare parts (FOC - Free of Charge) to cover potential shipping damages.

Motors contain magnets and delicate shafts; therefore, anti-static packaging and customized foam inserts are mandatory to prevent physical impact and electromagnetic interference. For sea freight, ensure the use of desiccants (silica gel) inside the cartons to prevent moisture-induced corrosion of the copper windings during transit.

Utilize Secured Trading Services provided by Made-in-China.com to ensure payments are only released upon proof of shipment. Ensure the HS Code (typically 8501.10) is correctly declared on the Commercial Invoice to avoid customs delays and to accurately calculate import duties or VAT based on your country's specific trade agreements.
