Sex doll full size manufacturers

TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) is favored for its soft, skin-like texture and cost-effectiveness, though it is porous and requires regular talcum powder application to prevent stickiness. Silicone is non-porous, more durable, heat-resistant, and easier to sanitize, making it the premium choice for long-term hygiene, despite a higher price point and firmer feel.

Ensure the doll features a stainless steel or high-strength aluminum alloy skeleton with multi-axis ball joints. This allows for a natural range of motion and ensures the doll can maintain various poses without the frame snapping or protruding through the material. Check for load-bearing capacity if the doll is intended for specific display or seating scenarios.

Products must comply with REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) and RoHS standards to ensure the materials are free from harmful phthalates, lead, and heavy metals. Since these products have prolonged skin contact, requesting a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) is essential to verify non-toxicity.

Look for suppliers offering 3D modeling services and customization options for eye color, hair type (implanted vs. wig), skin tone, and makeup. High-quality manufacturers use hand-painted detailing for veins and skin texture to enhance realism. Always request actual production photos rather than rendered marketing images before shipment.

Regulations vary significantly by country. Buyers must ensure the product is declared under the correct HS Code (typically 3926.90 or 9503.00). Avoid products that could be classified as 'prohibited' in conservative jurisdictions. It is highly recommended to use discreet packaging (plain brown boxes) with neutral labeling to ensure privacy and smooth customs processing.

Focus on Quality Control (QC) milestones. Negotiate a payment structure that includes a 30% deposit and 70% balance after video inspection of the finished product. Clearly define the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom molds and ask for bulk shipping discounts, as the high weight and volume of full-size dolls significantly impact the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

Always conduct transactions through secured payment channels provided by professional platforms like Made-in-China.com. Utilize Third-Party Inspection services (such as SGS or Intertek) to verify the material density and skeletal integrity at the factory before the balance is paid to mitigate the risk of receiving defective goods.

Due to the weight (typically 30kg-50kg), Sea Freight (LCL) is the most economical for bulk orders, while Air Freight or specialized courier services (UPS/FedEx) are faster for samples. Ensure the supplier uses reinforced wooden crates or heavy-duty double-walled cartons with custom-fit foam inserts to prevent skeletal shifting or skin tearing during international transit.
