Sexual toy price manufacturers

Safety is the highest priority. You must ensure products are made from medical-grade silicone, phthalate-free TPE, or borosilicate glass. B2B buyers should request ROHS and REACH certification to ensure the absence of heavy metals and hazardous chemicals. For the US market, compliance with FDA (Food and Drug Administration) guidelines for body-safe materials is essential to avoid customs seizures.

For electronic toys, verify the IPX7 waterproof rating if the product is intended for shower use. Ensure the internal batteries have UN38.3 and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) reports, which are mandatory for international shipping. High-quality motors should maintain a noise level below 50dB to meet consumer demands for discretion and quality.

Modern buyers look for app-controlled functionality, USB magnetic charging, and ergonomic designs. When sourcing, prioritize suppliers who offer OEM/ODM services for custom molds and private labeling, as brand differentiation is key in this competitive market. Ensure the vibration modes (typically 7-12 patterns) are stable and the motor does not overheat during extended use.

Request a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) and ask for a 100% functional test report on the internal PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly). A reliable supplier on Made-in-China.com should provide a warranty period of at least 1 year and have a defect rate of less than 0.3%.

Different countries have varying regulations regarding 'obscenity' laws. Ensure that packaging is discreet and neutral, avoiding explicit imagery on the outer carton. Always check the HS Code (typically 9019.10 or 3926.90) against your local customs regulations to ensure the items are classified as 'massagers' or 'personal care products' to facilitate smoother clearance.

For new designs, expect a higher MOQ of 500-1000 units for customization. However, for stock items, you can often negotiate a sample order or a low MOQ of 50-100 units. Use Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading Service to protect your payment, and aim for a 30% deposit / 70% balance payment structure after passing the quality inspection.

Since most adult toys contain lithium batteries, they are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) in air freight. You must use freight forwarders experienced in DG handling and ensure all MSDS documentation is up to date. For cost-efficiency, sea freight (LCL) is recommended for large volumes, provided the supplier uses moisture-proof packaging to protect electronic components.

Always prioritize Audited Suppliers on Made-in-China.com. Review their Business License, Export License, and Factory Audit Reports. Avoid making payments to personal bank accounts; always use corporate accounts or the platform's secure payment gateway to ensure a verifiable paper trail for your trade insurance.
