Silicone doll for sex manufacturers

While both are common, Silicone is superior in terms of heat resistance, durability, and hygiene. Unlike TPE, silicone is non-porous, meaning it does not absorb bacteria and is easier to sanitize. It also offers a more realistic skin texture and does not suffer from 'oil leakage' issues common in lower-grade TPE models. For B2B buyers, silicone represents a premium product tier with a longer shelf life.

High-quality dolls must feature a stainless steel or reinforced aluminum alloy skeleton with multi-axis joints. This ensures the doll can hold various poses without the frame snapping. Buyers should confirm the range of motion (ROM) for the neck, shoulders, and hips, and ensure the skeleton is shrouded in high-density foam to prevent the metal from piercing the silicone skin.

Safety is paramount. Products must be BPA-free and Phthalate-free to prevent skin irritation or toxicity. For the US market, ensure compliance with California Proposition 65. For the EU, products must meet REACH and CE certification standards. If the doll includes electronic heating or vibration functions, RoHS and FCC/UL certifications for the electrical components are required.

Professional suppliers on Made-in-China.com often offer customization for eye color, hair (implanted vs. wig), and skin tone. Look for 'implanted hair' for higher realism. Additionally, verify the makeup process; high-end dolls use semi-permanent medical-grade pigments that do not rub off easily during cleaning.

Customs regulations for adult products vary significantly by country. It is critical to verify the legality of the product in the destination country before shipping. Use discreet packaging (plain brown boxes) and ensure the HS Code (typically 9503.00 or 3926.90) is declared accurately. Avoid using explicit imagery on the outer shipping labels to prevent unnecessary inspections or seizures.

Silicone dolls are heavy (often 30-50kg) and susceptible to pressure marks. Ensure the supplier uses custom-fitted foam molds and double-walled corrugated boxes. For bulk orders, palletization is mandatory to prevent rough handling. Request Sea Freight (LCL/FCL) for cost-efficiency, but ensure the containers are climate-controlled to prevent silicone degradation in extreme heat.

Always utilize Secured Trading Services provided by platforms like Made-in-China.com to protect your payment until delivery is confirmed. Conduct a factory audit or request a live video inspection of the production line to verify the supplier is a manufacturer and not a middleman. This reduces the risk of receiving 'bait and switch' products where the quality differs from the sample.

Focus on long-term partnership discounts rather than just the initial unit price. Negotiate for spare parts (extra hands, cleaning kits, or repair glue) to be included at no cost. For orders exceeding 10 units, aim for a 10-15% volume discount, and always clarify the warranty period for the internal skeleton, which should ideally be at least one year.
