Thailand jersey factory manufacturers

High-quality jerseys from Thailand factories are renowned for their 'AAA' or 'Player Version' grading. Key specifications include 100% recycled polyester fabric with moisture-wicking technologies (similar to Dri-FIT or Heat.Ready). Look for micro-perforated mesh panels for breathability, heat-pressed silicone crests for reduced weight, and double-stitched hems to ensure durability during intense physical activity.

B2B buyers should prioritize factories that hold ISO 9001 for quality management and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 to ensure the textiles are free from harmful substances. For global retail, verify if the factory complies with BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) or SEDEX audits, which guarantee fair labor practices and safe working conditions.

The Fan Version typically features a looser fit and embroidered logos, making it more durable for casual wear and frequent washing. The Player Version uses a slim-fit (athletic) cut, lightweight transfer-printed tags, and highly breathable fabric, which commands a higher unit price but appeals to professional athletes and premium collectors.

A top-tier factory should offer Full Sublimation Printing, which ensures colors never fade or peel. They should also provide custom neck tapes, woven labels, and branded polybags. Ensure the supplier can work with vector files (AI or PDF) and offers Pantone color matching to maintain brand consistency across different production batches.

When sourcing jerseys, ensure you have the legal right or license to produce specific club or national team designs. Avoid suppliers offering 'replica' branded goods without authorization. Focus on Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) where you provide your own branding, or White Label products to avoid customs seizures and legal liabilities.

Start by requesting a tiered pricing structure (e.g., 100, 500, and 1,000 units). Many factories on Made-in-China.com offer lower MOQs for blank jerseys but require higher volumes for custom sublimation. Negotiate based on long-term partnership potential rather than a one-off transaction to secure 10-15% discounts on repeat orders.

Apparel is volume-heavy; therefore, vacuum packaging can significantly reduce shipping volume and costs. For urgent seasonal launches, use Air Freight (DAP/DDP), but for bulk inventory, Sea Freight (FOB) is more economical. Always ensure the supplier provides a Certificate of Origin to potentially benefit from preferential tariff rates under trade agreements.

Always conduct transactions through secure payment escrow services provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com. Never pay 100% upfront; a standard 30% deposit and 70% balance payment after passing a third-party pre-shipment inspection (PSI) is the industry best practice to ensure quality matches the approved sample.
