Tyre 19.0 45-17 factory manufacturers

When sourcing this specific size, you must prioritize the Ply Rating (PR), which determines the load-carrying capacity; typically, a 10PR to 14PR is standard for this category. Ensure the Tread Pattern (e.g., R-1 for traction or I-1 for rib/steering) matches the intended machinery. Additionally, verify the Rim Width compatibility (usually 16.00 inches) and the Load Index/Speed Symbol to ensure the tire can handle the operational weight of the vehicle at specific speeds.

To ensure global compliance and safety, the factory must provide DOT (Department of Transportation) certification for the US market, E-Mark (ECE) for Europe, and CCC (China Compulsory Certification). For agricultural and industrial tires, look for ISO 9001:2015 for manufacturing quality management and ISO 14001 for environmental standards. Always request a Product Data Sheet (PDS) to confirm the tire meets TRA (Tire and Rim Association) or ETRTO standards.

Request the Natural Rubber (NR) content percentage; high-quality industrial tires usually contain at least 40-50% natural rubber to prevent cracking and heat buildup. Inquire about the Anti-Aging and Anti-Oxidant additives used in the compound. For heavy-duty applications, confirm the use of Nylon or Steel cord reinforcement in the casing to enhance puncture resistance and carcass strength.

These tires are primarily used for flotation trailers, balers, and specialized agricultural implements where low ground pressure is required to prevent soil compaction. Maintenance involves regular inflation pressure checks (under-inflation is the leading cause of sidewall failure) and visual inspections for stubble damage or rim flange wear. Storing tires in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and ozone sources is critical for preventing premature rubber degradation.

The biggest risks are shipping damage (bead deformation) and non-compliance with local road safety laws. Mitigate this by requiring the factory to use proper stacking and lashing techniques in the container. Use Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading services to ensure that payment is only released after the Third-Party Inspection (TPI) confirms the tires meet the agreed-upon technical specifications and branding requirements.

Tire pricing is highly sensitive to raw material costs (rubber and oil). Negotiate based on a formula linked to market rubber prices for long-term contracts. For MOQs, factories usually require a 20GP or 40HQ container load to optimize shipping costs; however, you can negotiate a mixed-size container if you are sourcing multiple tire specifications to reduce inventory pressure.

Due to their high weight and volume, Ocean Freight is the only economically feasible method. Use FOB (Free On Board) terms to maintain control over your freight forwarder and shipping costs. Ensure the supplier provides a Packing List that includes the weight of each tire to avoid discrepancies at the port of entry, and verify if your country imposes Anti-Dumping Duties (ADD) on Chinese-made tires to calculate the true Landed Cost.

Review the supplier's Business License to check their 'Scope of Business'; a true factory will list 'Manufacturing' or 'Production'. On Made-in-China.com, look for the 'Audited Supplier' badge, which indicates that a third-party (like SGS or Bureau Veritas) has physically verified the production lines, machinery, and technical capabilities of the facility.
