Used copier canon price manufacturers

When sourcing used Canon copiers, the price is primarily driven by the total meter count (shutter count) and the refurbishment grade. A 'Grade A' machine should have a low page count (typically under 200,000 copies for mid-range models) and no visible exterior damage. You must verify the drum life remaining and the condition of the fuser unit, as these are high-cost consumables. Always request a configuration page and a nozzle check/test print to ensure there are no streaks or imaging defects before finalizing the price.

Ensure the equipment meets the voltage and frequency requirements of your target country (e.g., 110V/60Hz for North America vs. 220V/50Hz for Europe/Asia). For compliance, check for CE, UL, or RoHS markings. Crucially, verify if your country has specific e-waste import restrictions or requires a CCIC (China Certification & Inspection Group) inspection for used mechanical and electrical products before they leave China to ensure they are not classified as 'junk'.

Prioritize models with network scanning (SMB/FTP), automatic duplexing (double-sided printing), and large capacity trays. For modern workflows, ensure the firmware supports mobile printing (AirPrint/Mopria). If you are buying in bulk, stick to a single series (e.g., imageRUNNER ADVANCE C5200 series) to simplify parts inventory and technician training, which significantly reduces long-term operational costs.

The biggest risk is 'Dead on Arrival' (DOA) equipment due to poor packaging or undisclosed defects. To mitigate this, use Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading services to ensure payment is only released after shipping documents are verified. Always insist on wooden crate packaging rather than just palletizing to prevent transit damage to sensitive optical components. Additionally, hire a third-party inspector to perform a 'live video test' of the specific serial number you are purchasing.

Negotiate based on volume and 'as-is' vs. 'refurbished' status. If buying a 20ft or 40ft container, aim for a 5-10% discount or ask the supplier to include a set of OEM toner cartridges or common wear-and-tear parts (rollers, blades) for free. For security, keep all communications and contracts within the Made-in-China.com platform to maintain a paper trail for dispute resolution. Avoid direct wire transfers to private accounts; always use corporate accounts verified by the platform.

Used copiers contain residual toner which can be classified as powder/chemical hazards by some carriers. Ensure the supplier vacuums the internal waste toner and secures the scanner lock before shipping. For shipping to specific regions, choose CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) if you want the seller to handle insurance, but FOB (Free On Board) is often preferred by experienced buyers to maintain control over the shipping line and avoid 'hidden' destination port fees.
