Video greeting card brochure manufacturers

Selecting the screen depends on the brochure size and budget. Common sizes range from 2.4 to 10.1 inches. For premium marketing, IPS screens are highly recommended as they offer wider viewing angles and better color reproduction. Ensure the resolution matches the aspect ratio; for example, a 7-inch screen should ideally have a 1024x600 HD resolution to ensure video clarity and professional impact.

Standard batteries range from 300mAh to 1500mAh. For a typical 15-minute playback, a 500mAh battery is sufficient. Regarding memory, options usually start at 128MB and go up to 8GB. If you are uploading a high-definition 1080P video, ensure the supplier provides at least 256MB or 512MB of flash memory to avoid lag or compression issues.

Since these products contain lithium batteries and electronic circuits, they must meet specific safety standards. Ensure the supplier provides CE, RoHS, and FCC certifications. For shipping, a valid MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) and UN38.3 test report are mandatory to comply with international air and sea freight regulations for battery-operated devices.

The most popular trigger is the magnetic induction switch (video plays automatically upon opening). Other options include motion sensors or push buttons. For the exterior, specify your requirements for CMYK offset printing, and consider premium finishes like spot UV, gold foiling, or soft-touch lamination to enhance the tactile experience for B2B clients.

The primary risks include dead pixels on screens, poor battery shelf life, and printing color deviations. To mitigate these, request a pre-production sample and insist on a 100% QC inspection report before final payment. Using a platform like Made-in-China.com can help you vet audited suppliers with verified production capabilities.

Video brochures often have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 50-100 units due to printing setup costs. When negotiating, ask for tiered pricing based on volume. You can often negotiate a refund of the sample fee if the subsequent bulk order exceeds a certain value. Always clarify if the price includes uploading the video content at the factory to save your team labor costs.

Due to the built-in batteries, shipping costs can be higher. Compare Express (DHL/FedEx) for small batches versus DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) sea freight for large volumes to simplify customs clearance. For transaction security, always use Secured Payment services provided by reputable B2B platforms to ensure your funds are only released after you confirm receipt of the goods.
