Weed king herbicide glyphosate manufacturers

Glyphosate is typically available in Ammonium salt, Isopropylamine salt, or Potassium salt forms. For professional B2B sourcing, the concentration usually ranges from 360g/L to 620g/L for liquids (SL) and 70% to 95% for soluble granules (SG). You should select the formulation based on the target vegetation; for example, Potassium salt formulations offer faster absorption and better rainfastness, making them ideal for high-humidity regions.

Ensure the product meets FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization) specifications. Key parameters include active ingredient content (purity), pH value range (usually 4.0-8.0), and insoluble matter limits. It is critical to verify the Formaldehyde content, which must be kept below specific safety thresholds (typically <1.0g/kg) to comply with international environmental standards.

Agrochemicals are heavily regulated. You must ensure the supplier provides a Certificate of Analysis (COA), Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), and an ICAMA registration certificate (for Chinese exports). Depending on the destination, you may need EPA registration (USA) or REACH compliance (EU). Always verify that the packaging labels include instructions in the local language, safety warnings, and emergency contact information as per GHS (Globally Harmonized System) standards.

High-quality glyphosate should show visible results within 7 to 10 days. Request stability test reports from the supplier to ensure a shelf life of at least 2 years under normal storage conditions. For bulk orders, prioritize suppliers who use high-quality surfactants (adjuvants), as these significantly improve the herbicide's ability to penetrate waxy leaf surfaces, increasing efficacy by up to 25%.

Glyphosate is often classified as a Class 9 Dangerous Good (Environmentally Hazardous Substance) for international shipping. You must use UN-approved packaging (such as HDPE drums or IBC tanks) to prevent leakage. Ensure your freight forwarder is experienced in handling DG (Dangerous Goods) cargo and provides the necessary Dangerous Goods Declaration to avoid port rejections.

Utilize secure payment methods and consider third-party pre-shipment inspections (such as SGS or BV) to verify the chemical composition before the balance is paid. When sourcing through Made-in-China.com, look for Audited Suppliers who have undergone on-site verification of their manufacturing capabilities and financial standing to ensure trade security.

Glyphosate prices are highly sensitive to the cost of raw materials like yellow phosphorus. To secure the best rates, monitor the upstream chemical market trends and consider off-season purchasing. For orders exceeding 20ft containers (FCL), negotiate for a 5-10% volume discount or request the supplier to include customized OEM branding at no extra cost.

Many countries require an Import Permit for Pesticides. Before the goods depart, confirm that the HS Code (typically 3808.93) matches your local tariff schedule. Ensure all documents, including the Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Phytosanitary certificates (if applicable), are perfectly aligned to avoid costly demurrage charges at the destination port.
