Wholesale fake penis manufacturers

When sourcing wholesale adult products, prioritize Medical-Grade Silicone, TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer), or Cyberskin. Ensure the materials are 100% Phthalate-free and BPA-free to prevent skin irritation and chemical leaching. For high-end markets, non-porous silicone is the gold standard as it does not harbor bacteria and is easier to sterilize.

Products must adhere to strict chemical safety regulations. For the US market, ensure compliance with California Proposition 65 and ASTM standards. For the EU, products must be REACH compliant and carry the CE Mark if they include electronic components (vibrators). Always request Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and SGS/Intertek test reports from the supplier.

Focus on motor decibel levels (should be <50dB for discretion), waterproof ratings (IPX7 or higher), and battery longevity. For rechargeable models, verify the use of UL-certified Lithium-ion batteries to prevent overheating. Request samples to test the tensile strength and the integrity of the suction base or harness attachments.

To ensure smooth customs clearance and retail readiness, use discreet, neutral outer packaging. Labels should include country of origin (Made in China), material composition, and clear usage/cleaning instructions. For B2B branding, many suppliers on Made-in-China.com offer OEM/ODM services for custom box designs with low MOQs.

Customs regulations for adult novelties vary significantly by country. Ensure the HS Code (typically 3926.90 or 9019.10) is declared correctly. Avoid using sexually explicit imagery on the Master Carton. Work with freight forwarders experienced in 'sensitive goods' to navigate regional prohibitions in Middle Eastern or Southeast Asian markets.

Start by requesting a Sample Kit to verify material texture and scent (avoid products with strong chemical odors). Negotiate based on Volume Tiers; for adult products, a 20-30% price reduction is common when moving from 100 units to 1,000 units. Ask for 'Golden Sample' sealing, where a signed sample is kept to ensure bulk production matches the approved quality.

Always use Secured Payment services provided by the platform to protect your funds until delivery. Hire a third-party inspection agency (like V-Trust or QIMA) to perform a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI). They should check for surface defects, 'oiling' issues in TPE products, and functional consistency in vibrating units.

For small to medium wholesale orders, Air Express (DHL/FedEx) is preferred for speed and better tracking, usually taking 5-7 days. For large bulk orders, Sea Freight (LCL/FCL) is more cost-effective but requires a Non-Dangerous Goods Certificate if the products contain batteries. Ensure the supplier provides a Commercial Invoice that matches the packing list exactly to avoid port delays.
