Wholesale mini uv lamp manufacturers

Buyers should prioritize optical power output (measured in mW/cm²) rather than just total wattage, as this determines curing speed. Look for dual-light source technology (365nm + 405nm) to ensure compatibility with all types of UV and LED gels. Additionally, verify the heat dissipation design and the rated lifespan of the LED beads, which should ideally exceed 50,000 hours for commercial durability.

For the US market, FCC certification is required for electronic emissions, and UL or ETL listing is highly recommended for electrical safety. For the EU, CE marking (LVD and EMC directives) and RoHS compliance (restriction of hazardous substances) are mandatory. Since these devices emit UV radiation, ensuring the product meets IEC 62471 (Photobiological safety of lamps) is crucial to prevent skin and eye damage.

For truly portable models, check for USB-C charging ports and a built-in lithium battery with at least 200mAh to 500mAh capacity, providing roughly 40-60 minutes of continuous use. If the unit is corded, ensure the cable length is at least 1 meter. The weight should ideally be under 100g for travel-friendly marketing.

Most professional suppliers on Made-in-China.com offer private labeling (logo printing) with an MOQ of 500–1,000 units. You should also inquire about custom packaging (color boxes) and the ability to adjust timer presets (e.g., 30s, 60s, 90s) to better suit your specific brand positioning or gel formula requirements.

Always request a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) by a third-party agency. Ensure the inspector performs a functionality test on a random sample (AQL 2.5/4.0 standard), checking for dead LED beads, battery charging stability, and casing integrity. Using secured payment terms through platforms like Made-in-China.com can provide an extra layer of transaction security.

Start by requesting a tiered pricing structure (e.g., 100, 500, 2000 units). If you are a startup, negotiate a lower MOQ for a trial order by offering to pay a slightly higher unit price, with the agreement that the surcharge will be credited back upon your first full-container or large-scale bulk order.

Since these items contain batteries, they are classified as 'Dangerous Goods' (DG) in air freight. For small batches, specialized courier lines (like DG-dedicated DHL/FedEx routes) are fastest. For wholesale volumes, Sea Freight (LCL) is the most economical, but you must ensure the supplier provides a valid MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) and UN38.3 test report to clear customs smoothly.

Ensure your supplier is aware of WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) regulations if shipping to Europe. The product and packaging must bear the crossed-out wheelie bin symbol. Failure to comply can lead to heavy fines or the goods being seized at the border.
