Wholesale oil perfume bottle manufacturers

When sourcing oil perfume bottles, prioritize High-White Glass or Borosilicate Glass to ensure clarity and chemical stability. For essential oils or light-sensitive perfumes, Amber, Cobalt Blue, or UV-coated glass is essential to prevent degradation. Ensure the glass thickness is uniform to avoid breakage during high-pressure filling or transit.

For oil-based products, leakage is a primary concern. You must verify the sealing gasket material, typically PE, PTFE, or Silicone, which must be compatible with oil solvents. Request a vacuum leak test report from the supplier and ensure the screw thread (e.g., 18/410 or 20/410) matches the closure perfectly to prevent evaporation.

Selection depends on usage: Stainless steel roller balls are preferred for concentrated oils due to their cooling effect and controlled release. Fine mist sprayers are suitable for diluted oil blends, while glass droppers are ideal for apothecary-style packaging. Ensure the dip tube length is customized to reach the bottom of the bottle to minimize product waste.

Ensure the products comply with FDA or EC 1935/2004 standards if the oils are for topical use. For international shipping, bottles must pass ISTA 3A drop tests. If you are targeting the EU market, verify that the heavy metal content (lead, cadmium) in the glass and decorations (like electroplating) meets REACH regulations.

Professional suppliers on Made-in-China.com offer techniques such as silk-screen printing, hot stamping, frosting, and color spraying. For luxury positioning, consider custom mold creation for unique bottle shapes, though this requires a higher MOQ (typically 10,000+ units) and a mold fee investment.

Glass is fragile; insist on five-layer corrugated export cartons with individual egg-crate dividers. For bulk orders, request palletization with shrink wrap to minimize handling. It is highly recommended to purchase Marine Cargo Insurance and include a 'fragile' handling clause in your contract.

Focus on the Total Landed Cost rather than just the unit price. Negotiate for a 1-2% breakage allowance (extra units provided free of charge) to cover potential transit damage. For long-term partnerships, request price stability agreements to hedge against fluctuations in raw glass material and energy costs.

Utilize Secured Trading Services provided by platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure payment is only released upon confirmation of shipment. Always conduct a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) through a third party to verify that the quality matches the approved gold sample before the final balance is paid.

Check the HS Code (typically 7010.90) for your specific country to determine tariff rates. Be aware of anti-dumping duties that some regions (like the EU or USA) may impose on glass products from specific origins. Ensure the supplier provides a Certificate of Origin to help you benefit from any applicable Free Trade Agreements (FTA).
