Xcmg crane qy130k price manufacturers

The XCMG QY130K is a high-performance 130-ton truck crane. You must verify the six-section U-shaped main boom length (typically 58m) and the jib extension (up to 28m). Ensure the engine meets your local emission standards, such as Euro III or Euro V, and confirm the maximum gradeability is at least 40% for rough terrain performance. Always request the load chart to ensure it meets your specific lifting radius requirements.

Prioritize units that have passed ISO 9001 and CE certification. For used machinery, request a third-party inspection report (e.g., SGS or BV) focusing on the hydraulic system pressure, boom weld integrity, and slewing bearing wear. Ensure the Load Moment Indicator (LMI) is fully functional and calibrated, as this is the primary safety system to prevent overturning.

Regular maintenance should focus on the hydraulic oil cleanliness and the wire rope condition. The QY130K utilizes a complex multi-pump system; therefore, replacing hydraulic filters every 500 hours is critical. Ensure the outrigger beams are lubricated frequently to prevent friction damage during heavy lifts. Accessing genuine XCMG spare parts through a verified supplier on Made-in-China.com is essential for minimizing downtime.

The price is primarily driven by the manufacturing year, engine hours, and boom condition. For new units, the tier of the chassis engine and optional configurations (like additional counterweights) play a role. For used units, a refurbishment certificate can add value. Expect a price range that reflects the residual life of the hydraulic components and the completeness of the maintenance logs.

Due to its dimensions, the QY130K is typically shipped via RO-RO (Roll-on/Roll-off) or Breakbulk vessels. It is too large for standard containers. Ensure the supplier provides seaworthy packaging, including anti-corrosion wax coating for the chassis and boom to prevent salt-air damage during transit. Confirm the Incoterms (preferably CIF or CFR) to clarify who handles the ocean freight and insurance.

Never transfer full payment upfront. Use Escrow services or Letter of Credit (L/C) to ensure funds are only released upon proof of shipment. Verify the supplier's Business License and Export Qualification on Made-in-China.com. Conduct a video inspection of the specific serial number (VIN) of the crane before it leaves the factory or yard to ensure the machine matches the contract description.

Check your country's import tariffs on heavy construction machinery and whether there are anti-dumping duties applicable to Chinese-made cranes. You must ensure the supplier provides a Certificate of Origin to potentially benefit from Free Trade Agreements (FTAs). Additionally, verify if your local port requires a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) certificate before the vessel departs.
