360 degree curved screen manufacturers

When evaluating 360-degree curved screens, prioritize the Pixel Pitch (P1.2 to P2.5 is standard for indoor high-definition) to ensure visual clarity. Check the Curvature Radius and Seamless Splicing technology, as high-quality units must maintain a perfect circle without visible gaps. Additionally, verify the Refresh Rate (≥3840Hz) to prevent flickering in video recordings and the Brightness levels (measured in nits) to ensure visibility under different ambient lighting conditions.

For global market entry, ensure the supplier provides CE, RoHS, and FCC certifications to meet European and American safety and environmental standards. If the product is intended for public installations, UL certification (for the US) or CB certification is often required. Furthermore, verify that the power supply units (PSU) are certified to prevent fire hazards and ensure electrical stability.

360-degree curved screens are primarily used in exhibition halls, planetariums, high-end retail flagship stores, and immersive command centers. Installation requires a customized load-bearing steel structure; therefore, you must confirm if the supplier provides CAD structural drawings and remote technical installation guidance. Ensure the screen supports front-service maintenance to allow for easy module replacement without dismantling the entire circular structure.

Calculate the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), which includes the unit price, specialized flight case packaging, shipping, and customs duties. Consider the energy consumption (Average Power vs. Max Power), as high-efficiency LEDs can reduce long-term operational costs. Request a MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) report; a rating of ≥100,000 hours ensures the longevity of your investment.

Request the use of reinforced flight cases with high-density EVA foam padding rather than standard wooden crates. Ensure the shipment is sent via CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) terms so that the cargo is insured against transit damage. It is highly recommended to purchase 3-5% extra spare modules and ICs in the initial order to account for potential dead pixels or shipping mishaps.

Focus on Tiered Pricing based on total square meters rather than just unit price. Negotiate for a longer warranty period (3-5 years instead of the standard 2) and request the inclusion of a sending box and video processor in the package deal. Always verify the supplier's 'Audit Reports' on Made-in-China.com to ensure they are a genuine manufacturer and not a middleman.

Utilize Secured Payment services provided by the platform to hold funds until delivery. Before the final 70% balance payment, hire a third-party inspection agency (like SGS or Intertek) to perform a 72-hour continuous aging test at the factory. The inspection should check for color uniformity, dead pixels, and white balance consistency across the entire 360-degree surface.

Due to the volume and weight, Sea Freight is the most cost-effective method, but you must account for a 30-45 day lead time. Ensure the supplier provides a Certificate of Origin (CO) to help you benefit from potential preferential tariff rates under regional trade agreements. For the US and EU, ensure the HS Code (typically 8528.52) is correctly declared to avoid customs delays or incorrect duty assessments.
