Adsl cpe splitter factory manufacturers

When evaluating splitters, prioritize insertion loss (typically <1.0 dB) and stop-band attenuation (typically >55 dB at 30kHz-1104kHz) to ensure high-speed data transmission without voice interference. Ensure the device supports the specific ADSL standard required, such as ADSL2+ or VDSL2, and verify that the DC resistance is less than 25 ohms to maintain loop current for the telephone line.

Suppliers must adhere to ITU-T G.992.1 (G.dmt) and ETSI TS 101 952 standards for signal filtering. For market entry, ensure the factory provides CE, RoHS, and FCC certifications. Additionally, for safety against power surges, the splitter should meet ITU-T K.21 requirements for overvoltage and overcurrent protection.

Request a Reliability Test Report covering MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), salt spray tests for RJ11 connectors to prevent corrosion, and high/low temperature cycle tests (-40°C to +70°C). A professional factory should utilize automated SMT (Surface Mount Technology) lines and provide 100% functional testing before shipment.

A top-tier manufacturer should offer customized housing designs, private labeling (logo printing), and variable connector configurations (e.g., RJ11 vs. hardwired terminals). They should also be able to adjust the impedance matching (e.g., 600 ohm or complex impedance) to suit the specific telecommunication infrastructure of your target country.

Always conduct a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) through a third-party agency. Use the Made-in-China.com Secured Trading Service to ensure payment is only released after the goods pass quality verification. Request Golden Samples before mass production to serve as a benchmark for the final delivery.

Focus on Volume-Based Pricing; for orders exceeding 10,000 units, you should aim for a 10-15% discount compared to sample pricing. Negotiate for spare parts (1-2% buffer) to be included at no cost to cover potential DOA (Dead on Arrival) units during installation.

Ensure the factory uses Anti-Static Packaging and moisture-proof inner bags. For sea freight, specify double-walled corrugated export cartons with palletization to prevent crushing. Confirm the HS Code (typically 8517.70) with your customs broker to accurately calculate import duties and avoid clearance delays.

Check the supplier's Business License and ISO 9001:2015 certification on Made-in-China.com. Look for the 'Audited Supplier' badge, which indicates the factory has undergone an on-site verification by independent inspection companies like SGS, Bureau Veritas, or TÜV Rheinland.
