Artificial flower tree plant manufacturers

When sourcing artificial trees, prioritize UV-resistant silk or polyester fabrics for petals to prevent fading. For the trunk, natural wood (treated for pests) offers the most realistic look, while fiberglass or reinforced plastic (FRP) is superior for large-scale outdoor installations due to its weatherproof and anti-corrosion properties. Ensure the internal structure uses galvanized steel frames for trees exceeding 2 meters to guarantee structural stability.

Verify that the materials are B1 or B2 Fire Retardant certified (especially for indoor commercial use in malls or hotels). Request RoHS or REACH reports to ensure the dyes and plastics are free from heavy metals and toxic chemicals. For outdoor products, ask for an SGS UV-resistance test report (typically 2000+ hours) to ensure the color remains vibrant for at least 3-5 years.

Professional suppliers on Made-in-China.com should offer detachable branch designs to reduce shipping volume and costs. You should specify the density of the foliage, the base plate dimensions (for bolting to the floor), and the Pantone color codes for the flowers to match brand identities. Request CAD or 3D renderings before production for large-scale landscape projects.

These products are ideal for wedding decor, hotel lobbies, and commercial plazas. Maintenance is minimal: indoor trees only require occasional dusting with a soft cloth or air blower, while outdoor trees can be rinsed with water. Ensure the supplier provides extra replacement flower heads (approx. 3-5% of the order) to account for long-term wear and tear.

Artificial trees are bulky and fragile. Insist on reinforced wooden crate packaging rather than just standard cartons. Ensure the branches are individually wrapped in bubble wrap. Use Made-in-China.com's inspection services to verify the packing list and structural integrity before the container is sealed.

Focus on the Total Landed Cost rather than just the unit price. Negotiate for a lower MOQ on sample orders to test quality, but commit to larger volumes for a 15-20% discount. Always clarify the Incoterms (FOB vs. DDP); for large trees, FOB is often more cost-effective if you have a reliable freight forwarder who understands oversized cargo.

Utilize Secured Trading Services provided by Made-in-China.com to ensure your payment is only released after you confirm receipt and quality. Avoid direct transfers to private bank accounts; always use corporate accounts verified by the platform. For large orders, a 30% deposit and 70% balance against the Bill of Lading (B/L) is the industry standard.

Be aware that natural wood trunks may require a Fumigation Certificate to pass customs in countries like the US, Australia, or the EU. Check the HS Code (typically 6702.10 or 6702.90) to determine the specific import tariffs in your country. Failure to provide the correct Phytosanitary or Fumigation documentation can lead to costly port delays or cargo destruction.
