Big breast doll manufacturers

When sourcing, prioritize Medical-Grade TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) or Platinum-Cured Silicone. TPE offers a soft, realistic skin-like texture and is more cost-effective, while Silicone is more durable, heat-resistant, and easier to clean. Ensure the internal structure features a stainless steel or aluminum alloy skeleton with articulated ball joints to allow for a full range of motion and realistic posing.

Compliance is critical to avoid customs seizures. Products must be BPA-free and Phthalate-free to ensure skin safety. For the US market, ensure materials meet California Proposition 65 standards. For the EU, products must comply with REACH and RoHS regulations. Always request SGS or Intertek lab test reports to verify that no heavy metals or toxic chemicals are present in the soft materials.

Request a video demonstration of the doll's flexibility and weight-bearing capacity. A high-quality skeleton should support standing positions (if specified) without bending. Check for shrapnel-free joints to prevent the metal from piercing the skin material. Ask the supplier for the shore hardness rating (typically between 0 and 10 for TPE) to balance realism with structural integrity.

Top-tier manufacturers on Made-in-China.com should offer customization for eye color, wig styles, skin tone, and makeup. For the 'Big Breast' category, verify if the supplier offers hollow breast options (lighter weight for shipping) versus solid gel filling (more realistic weight and feel). Additionally, inquire about built-in heating, voice modules, or self-lubricating features to increase market competitiveness.

Privacy is paramount. Ensure the supplier uses plain, unmarked double-layered corrugated boxes with no mention of the contents on the outer label. The shipping manifest should use generic descriptions like 'Medical Mannequin' or 'Plastic Crafts' to facilitate smooth customs clearance and protect consumer privacy.

The biggest risks are material odor (chemical smell) and shipping damage. To mitigate this, use Secured Trading Services on Made-in-China.com to ensure payment is only released after quality confirmation. Always insist on molded foam inserts during packaging to prevent the heavy internal skeleton from shifting and tearing the TPE skin during transit.

Focus on the Total Landed Cost. Since these items are heavy (typically 25kg-50kg), shipping represents a large portion of the cost. Negotiate for tiered pricing where the unit price drops by 10-15% for orders over 10 units. Ask for free spare parts kits (including repair glue, skin patches, and extra cleaning tools) to reduce your after-sales service costs.

Check local customs laws regarding 'obscene materials'; while most countries treat these as adult toys or collectibles, some jurisdictions have strict facial feature requirements (e.g., ensuring the doll clearly represents an adult). Work with suppliers on Made-in-China.com who have a proven track record of exporting to your specific target country to ensure import duty codes (HS Codes) are applied correctly.
