Big size led tv manufacturers

When purchasing big size LED TVs (typically 65 to 110 inches), you must prioritize 4K or 8K Ultra HD resolution to ensure image clarity at scale. Look for HDR10+ or Dolby Vision support for superior contrast. The panel type is critical; IPS panels offer wider viewing angles, while VA panels provide deeper blacks. For high-end applications, ensure the refresh rate is at least 120Hz to prevent motion blur, and verify the brightness levels (measured in nits), especially if the units will be used in brightly lit commercial environments.

Compliance is non-negotiable for electronics. For the US market, ensure FCC certification and UL or ETL safety listings. For the European Union, CE marking, RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances), and ERP (Energy-related Products) directives are mandatory. Additionally, check for HDMI licensing and Dolby audio certifications to avoid intellectual property disputes and ensure full functional compatibility with global broadcasting standards like DVB-T2, ATSC, or ISDB-T.

Large LED TVs generate significant heat and are prone to bending. Ensure the supplier uses a reinforced metal back plate rather than thin plastic to maintain structural rigidity. The internal cooling architecture should include adequate heat sinks or ventilation paths to prevent LED backlight decay or panel browning over time. For commercial use, request 24/7 operation ratings to ensure the hardware can handle continuous power-on cycles.

For B2B buyers, the operating system (OS) is vital. Ensure compatibility with Android TV, WebOS, or Tizen, and verify if the supplier provides OTA (Over-the-Air) update support. If sourcing for hospitality or signage, ask for Pro:Idiom or CMS (Content Management System) compatibility. The hardware should include at least three HDMI 2.1 ports, USB 3.0, and dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4G/5G) for stable connectivity.

Large panels are extremely fragile. You must mandate honeycomb cardboard packaging with EPE foam buffers and, most importantly, wooden crate reinforcement (palletization) for LCL or FCL shipments. Ensure the supplier performs a drop test (ISTA 1A or 3A standard) before dispatch. It is highly recommended to purchase All-Risk Marine Insurance that specifically covers 'concealed damage' discovered upon unpacking.

Focus on Tier-1 panel brands (like BOE, LG, or CSOT) in your negotiations; the panel accounts for 70% of the cost. Use Made-in-China.com to identify 'Audited Suppliers' who have undergone third-party verification. Negotiate a 1% to 2% spare parts allowance (including T-Con boards, power boards, and remote controls) instead of a traditional warranty, as shipping defective units back for repair is economically unfeasible.

Always use Secured Payment services provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released after proof of shipment. Conduct a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) through a third-party agency (like SGS or Intertek) to verify the pixel dead-zone count and functional performance before the final balance is paid.

Big size TVs often exceed standard courier dimensions, making Sea Freight (LCL/FCL) the only viable option. Ensure your freight forwarder is experienced in handling sensitive electronics. Provide the correct HS Code (typically 852872) to your customs broker to accurately calculate import duties and anti-dumping taxes, which vary significantly by country.
