China a c cleaner spray manufacturers

A professional-grade A/C cleaner must feature strong foaming action to penetrate deep into the evaporator coils. It should possess antibacterial and antifungal properties to eliminate odors at the source. Look for formulas that are non-corrosive to aluminum and copper, ensuring the longevity of the air conditioning unit's internal components. Additionally, a no-rinse formula is highly preferred for B2B maintenance efficiency.

Ensure the product complies with MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) and REACH standards for chemical safety. For aerosol products, verify the pressure resistance of the tinplate can (typically tested up to 1.2-1.5 MPa). If the product is marketed as a disinfectant, check for EPA registration or equivalent regional biocidal certifications. The pH level should be neutral or slightly alkaline (pH 7-9) to prevent metal oxidation.

Request a cleaning efficiency test report or a video demonstration showing the foam expansion rate and collapse time. Compare the active ingredient concentration rather than just the price per can; a higher concentration often allows for a lower dosage per cleaning cycle, reducing the total cost of ownership. For bulk orders, prioritize suppliers who offer OEM/ODM services with low MOQs for custom branding.

A/C cleaner sprays are classified as Class 2.1 or 2.2 Dangerous Goods (UN1950) because they are pressurized aerosols. This requires specialized DG packaging and a Dangerous Goods Declaration. You must ensure the supplier provides a UN Certification for Packaging and a Safe Transport of Chemical Goods Certificate to avoid customs seizure or carrier rejection.

Utilize Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading services to protect your payment until the goods are shipped. Negotiate a payment term of 30% deposit and 70% against the Bill of Lading (B/L). Always insist on a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) by a third party like SGS or Intertek to verify the net weight, pressure levels, and leak-proof integrity of the batch.

Due to the hazardous nature of aerosols, Sea Freight (LCL or FCL) is the most viable and cost-effective method. Airfreight is extremely expensive and restricted for pressurized cans. Ensure your freight forwarder is experienced in DG (Dangerous Goods) handling. For documentation, the IMDG (International Maritime Dangerous Goods) Code must be strictly followed to ensure smooth transit through international ports.
