Chinese sex doll manufacturers

TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) is the most common material due to its soft, lifelike texture and cost-effectiveness, though it is porous and requires regular talcum powder application to prevent stickiness. Medical-grade Silicone is more durable, non-porous (easier to sanitize), and heat-resistant, but it is generally firmer and carries a higher price point.

Ensure the doll features a reinforced stainless steel exoskeleton with high-range motion joints. High-quality suppliers on Made-in-China.com provide skeletons with shrug-capable shoulders and multi-directional hip joints, which prevent the internal frame from piercing the outer skin during posing.

Products must comply with REACH (EU) or ASTM F963 (US) standards to ensure they are free from harmful phthalates and heavy metals. Since these items have prolonged skin contact, requesting a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and RoHS certification is essential to guarantee user safety.

Focus on the head sculpt quality, specifically the use of implanted hair (mohair or human hair) rather than cheap wigs, and 3D-painted skin textures that include realistic veins and capillaries. Always request unfiltered factory videos rather than relying solely on rendered promotional images.

To avoid customs seizures in sensitive regions, ensure the supplier uses discreet, neutral packaging without explicit imagery. Use the correct HS Code (typically 9503.00 or 3926.90) and label the items as 'Life-size Mannequins' or 'Art Models' to facilitate smoother transit through international borders.

Focus on MOQ flexibility for sample testing before committing to a container load. Negotiate for spare parts kits (including repair glue, extra skin patches, and cleaning tools) to be included in the unit price, and aim for a 30% deposit / 70% balance payment structure after a successful third-party pre-shipment inspection.

Due to the weight (typically 30-50kg per unit), Sea Freight (LCL or FCL) is the most economical method for bulk orders. Ensure the supplier uses custom-fitted wooden crates or thickened double-corrugated boxes with high-density foam inserts to prevent the internal skeleton from shifting and damaging the TPE/Silicone during long-haul transit.

Always conduct transactions through Secured Trading Services provided by platforms like Made-in-China.com. This ensures that payment is only released to the supplier once delivery is confirmed and the goods meet the agreed-upon quality specifications, mitigating the risk of receiving sub-standard inventory.
