Computer cpu holder manufacturers

When sourcing CPU holders, prioritize adjustable width and height ranges to ensure compatibility with various PC tower sizes (typically 120mm to 250mm in width). The weight capacity is critical; for enterprise-grade workstations, look for a minimum load rating of 20kg to 30kg. Additionally, ensure the material is heavy-duty cold-rolled steel with a powder-coated finish to prevent rust and provide long-term structural integrity.

There are three primary mounting styles: Under-desk mounts, which maximize floor space and are ideal for height-adjustable standing desks; Wall mounts, suitable for industrial or server room environments; and Mobile floor stands with casters, which offer 360-degree mobility for easy maintenance. For modern office projects, 360-degree swivel mechanisms and sliding tracks are highly recommended to allow IT staff easy access to rear ports.

Ensure the products meet RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) standards for material safety. For mechanical safety, look for BIFMA (Business and Institutional Furniture Manufacturers Association) testing standards, which verify the durability of office furniture accessories. If the holder includes integrated power strips, UL or CE certification is mandatory to ensure electrical safety and fire prevention.

Calculate the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) by factoring in the unit price, shipping volume (CPU holders are bulky, so KD (Knock-Down) packaging is preferred to reduce freight costs), and installation time. Sourcing from Made-in-China.com allows you to find suppliers offering tiered pricing, where orders exceeding 500 units can often yield a 15-25% discount compared to small-batch purchases.

The primary risk is mechanical failure due to poor welding or thin gauge steel, which can lead to expensive equipment damage. To mitigate this, always request a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) and verify the gauge thickness of the steel (ideally 1.5mm or thicker). Another risk is incompatibility with specific desk materials (e.g., thin particle board), so ensure the supplier provides various screw lengths and mounting templates.

Focus on MOQ flexibility and sample lead times. Ask for a sample unit to test the sliding mechanism and tension adjustment. Negotiate for spare parts (extra screws, pads, and casters) to be included at no extra cost (usually 1-2% buffer stock). For long-term partnerships, request OEM/ODM services such as custom branding or specific color matching (RAL codes) to align with your client's corporate identity.

Use Trade Assurance or secure payment methods provided by Made-in-China.com to protect your funds until delivery. For shipping, choose FOB (Free On Board) terms if you have a reliable freight forwarder, as this gives you better control over costs. Ensure the supplier uses 5-layer corrugated export cartons with EPE foam protection to prevent bending or scratching during sea transit.
