Fully automatic carpet washing machine manufacturers

Buyers should prioritize brush configuration, typically looking for machines with 6 to 12 circular brushes and at least one cylindrical brush for deep cleaning. The washing width must align with your target market's standard carpet sizes (e.g., 2.5m, 3.2m, or 4.2m). Additionally, ensure the machine features a PLC control system (like Siemens or Delta) for automated water and detergent adjustment, and a stainless steel (AISI 304) frame to prevent corrosion from constant water exposure.

Performance is measured by linear washing speed, where top-tier machines achieve 60-120 square meters per hour. Check the pressure adjustment system; it should be pneumatic to allow for different carpet thicknesses. Furthermore, verify the water consumption rate and whether the machine includes a rinse and roll-up function to reduce manual labor and total processing time.

For the European market, a CE Certification is mandatory to ensure compliance with machinery safety directives. For North America, look for UL or CSA recognized components. It is also critical to verify IP65 waterproof ratings for all electrical enclosures and the presence of emergency stop buttons at both the feeding and exit points of the conveyor belt.

A professional-grade machine should have centralized lubrication points for easy maintenance of bearings. The conveyor belt should be made of chemical-resistant PVC or grip-surface rubber to prevent slipping. Buyers should ask for a spare parts kit including extra brushes, nozzles, and sensors to minimize downtime during peak seasons.

Always mandate a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) conducted by a third-party agency like SGS or Intertek. Request a video of the actual machine running a full cycle with your specific carpet types before final payment. For secure transactions, utilize Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading services to ensure funds are only released upon proof of shipment and compliance with agreed specifications.

Due to the size, these machines usually require 40ft High Cube (HC) containers. Ensure the supplier uses vacuum packaging for the control box and anti-rust coating on all exposed metal parts for sea freight. Negotiate for the supplier to provide remote video installation guidance or, for large-scale plants, the option to send an engineer for on-site commissioning (buyer usually covers travel expenses).

Focus on the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than just the sticker price. Negotiate for a 12 to 24-month warranty period on core components like motors and PLC. If purchasing multiple units or a full line (including centrifuges and dust removers), aim for a 5-10% package discount. Always clarify the Incoterms (typically FOB or CIF) to avoid unexpected port charges.
