Lexus trike manufacturers

When evaluating a Lexus Trike, prioritize the frame material, typically high-carbon steel or aluminum alloy, to ensure a balance between weight and durability. The tires should be made of EVA foam for maintenance-free use or inflatable rubber for superior shock absorption. Key functional components must include a 360-degree rotating seat, an adjustable parent push handle, and a foldable canopy with UV protection. Ensure the braking system is a dual-rear wheel link brake for maximum safety.

Compliance is non-negotiable in the children's product category. For the US market, products must meet ASTM F963 and CPSIA standards. For the European Union, EN71 (Parts 1, 2, and 3) certification is required, along with the CE mark. If you are sourcing from Made-in-China.com, verify that the supplier provides CCIC or SGS inspection reports to confirm the absence of phthalates and lead in plastics and paints.

The term 'Lexus Trike' often refers to a specific luxury aesthetic (large wheels, chrome accents, high-back seats) rather than the automotive brand. However, buyers must ensure the product does not infringe on trademarks. Check for original design patents held by the manufacturer. High-quality builds feature eco-friendly Oxford cloth for the seat covers and non-toxic ABS plastic for the dashboard and fenders.

Lexus Trikes are typically 4-in-1 or 6-in-1 modular systems designed for children aged 10 months to 5 years. The design should transition from a stroller mode (full parental control) to a trike mode (independent pedaling). Ensure the maximum load capacity is at least 25kg to 30kg to accommodate growing children across different usage stages.

The main risks are shipping damage and high volumetric weight. Because trikes contain bulky frames and wheels, use 5-layer corrugated export cartons with internal EPE foam padding. To reduce freight costs, request SKD (Semi-Knocked Down) or CKD (Completely Knocked Down) packaging, which significantly improves container space utilization.

Standard MOQs for Lexus Trikes usually range from 50 to 200 units. When negotiating, ask for OEM services such as custom logo printing on the canopy or frame. For initial market testing, negotiate a sample order first; professional suppliers will often refund the sample fee once a bulk order exceeding a specific value is placed.

Always use Secured Trading Services provided by the platform to protect your payment. For large orders, utilize Letter of Credit (L/C) or T/T with a 30% deposit and 70% balance against the Bill of Lading (B/L). Never wire full payments to private accounts; ensure the beneficiary name matches the company name on the business license verified by Made-in-China.com.

Classify the product correctly under the HS Code (typically 950300) to determine accurate tariff rates. Be aware that many countries have strict anti-dumping regulations or additional duties on steel-based toys. Ensure the supplier provides a Certificate of Origin (CO) to potentially benefit from Free Trade Agreements (FTA) and reduce import taxes.
