Make sex doll manufacturers

Buyers must choose between TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) and Silicone. TPE is more cost-effective, offers a softer, more realistic skin feel, and is highly porous, requiring diligent cleaning. Silicone is more durable, heat-resistant, and non-porous, making it easier to sanitize and less likely to stain, though it carries a higher price point and a firmer texture.

Prioritize dolls with an EVO or Stainless Steel Skeleton. A high-quality internal frame should feature multi-axis joints (typically 28+ points of articulation) to allow for a natural range of motion without snapping. Ensure the shrapnel and bolts are treated for rust resistance to prevent internal degradation over time.

Safety is paramount as these are skin-contact products. Ensure the supplier provides SGS or RoHS certification confirming the materials are phthalate-free and non-toxic. For the US market, compliance with California Proposition 65 is recommended, while EU buyers should verify REACH regulation adherence to ensure no harmful chemicals are present in the TPE/Silicone.

Request high-definition videos of the face sculpt and 'implanted' hair rather than just stock photos. Look for hand-painted detailing (vascularity, blushing) and 3D fixed eyes. High-end manufacturers on Made-in-China.com often offer customization options for eye color, wig style, and skin tone to meet specific market demands.

Customs regulations for adult products vary significantly by country. Always use discreet packaging (plain brown boxes) with neutral labeling such as 'Medical Mannequin' or 'Plastic Sample' to avoid unnecessary scrutiny. Check local laws, as some regions have strict decency laws that could lead to shipment seizure.

Utilize Secured Trading Services on Made-in-China.com to ensure payment is only released upon confirmation of shipment. It is highly recommended to hire a third-party inspection service to perform a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) to check for skin tears, skeletal defects, or oil leakage before the item leaves the factory.

Dolls are heavy (typically 25kg–50kg) and bulky. Sea freight (LCL) is the most economical for bulk orders, but for single units, specialized air couriers are faster. Ensure the supplier uses reinforced wooden crates or thickened five-layer corrugated boxes with custom foam inserts to prevent the skeleton from piercing the skin during transit.

Focus on MOQ flexibility and spare parts inclusion. Negotiate for the inclusion of extra wigs, repair kits (glue and TPE patches), and cleaning tools at no extra cost. For repeat buyers, seek a 10-15% discount on bulk orders exceeding 10 units, and request OEM branding on the packaging to build your own private label.
