Sex adults manufacturers

B2B buyers must ensure products are made from medical-grade silicone, TPE, or phthalate-free materials. It is critical to verify that the supplier complies with REACH (EU) or FDA (US) material safety regulations to prevent skin irritation or chemical leaching. Always request MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) for all lubricants and topical items.

For battery-operated or rechargeable devices, ensure the products carry CE, RoHS, and FCC certifications. Specifically, look for UN38.3 and MSDS reports for lithium batteries to ensure safety during transport and usage. Waterproof ratings should ideally meet IPX7 standards for high-end consumer electronics in this category.

Request a noise level test report (ideally <50dB) and a battery cycle life test. For mechanical items, ask for motor stress test data to ensure the product can withstand at least 100 hours of continuous operation. Ordering samples is a non-negotiable step to verify the tactile quality and motor strength.

Products range from personal wellness devices for retail to specialized therapeutic tools for health clinics. Understanding whether your market demands discreet, minimalist designs or high-tech app-controlled features is key to selecting the right SKU. Eco-friendly packaging is also a growing trend in the European and North American markets.

Customs regulations for adult products vary significantly by country. Ensure all items are labeled as 'Personal Wellness Devices' or 'Massagers' to facilitate smoother clearance. Avoid explicit imagery on outer shipping cartons. Work with suppliers on Made-in-China.com who have experience with discreet packaging and neutral labeling to minimize the risk of customs delays or rejections.

Focus on MOQ flexibility for trial orders and OEM/ODM capabilities. Since branding is high-value in this niche, negotiate for customized packaging and logo engraving at lower volumes. Ask for a tiered pricing structure where the unit price drops by 15-25% as you scale from 500 to 2,000 units.

Always use secure payment methods provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com. Utilize Escrow services or Trade Assurance to ensure funds are only released after the goods have passed a third-party pre-shipment inspection. Never wire full payments to private bank accounts.

Since many adult devices contain batteries, they are classified as 'Dangerous Goods' (DG). You must use carriers that support DG shipping (like specialized air freight or sea freight). Ensure the supplier provides a Battery Declaration and uses UN-certified packaging to prevent fire hazards and comply with international aviation laws.
