Vagina toy manufacturers

Safety is the highest priority. You must ensure the products are made from medical-grade silicone, TPE, or ABS plastic. These materials should be BPA-free, phthalate-free, and non-porous to prevent bacterial growth. Always request RoHS and REACH certification reports to ensure no hazardous chemicals are present in the materials.

For motorized products, look for CE, FCC, and UKCA certifications to ensure electrical safety and electromagnetic compatibility. Regarding water resistance, products should ideally meet the IPX7 standard (submersible up to 1 meter for 30 minutes), which is a key selling point for hygiene and versatility.

Focus on the decibel level (noise) and vibration frequency. High-quality toys should operate at less than 50dB to ensure privacy. Request specifications on battery capacity (mAh) and charging time vs. usage time; premium models typically offer 60-90 minutes of continuous use on a single charge via magnetic USB charging.

Most professional suppliers on Made-in-China.com offer private labeling (logo printing), custom Pantone color matching, and bespoke packaging design. For high-volume buyers, mold customization is available, but requires a significant initial investment and longer lead times.

Adult products can be sensitive. Ensure the HS Code (typically 9019.10 or 3926.90) is correctly declared. Use discreet packaging (plain brown boxes) and avoid explicit imagery on the outer shipping cartons. In the US, ensure compliance with FDA regulations if marketed as medical devices; in the EU, strictly follow CE marking requirements.

The adult toy industry is rife with patent litigation. Verify that the supplier owns the design patents or has the right to export the specific mechanism. Avoid products that are exact replicas of famous brands (like Lelo or Womanizer) to prevent customs seizures and legal action in your home country.

Utilize Secured Trading services on Made-in-China.com to protect your payment until delivery. Always hire a third-party inspection agency (like SGS or Intertek) to perform a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI), focusing on functionality tests, battery safety, and surface finish integrity.

Since these products contain lithium batteries, they are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG). You must use carriers experienced in handling UN38.3 certified batteries. For small batches, specialized air couriers are best; for bulk, sea freight with DG declaration is the most cost-effective, provided the supplier provides a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
