Sex doll torso manufacturers

TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) is the most common material due to its soft, realistic skin-like texture and lower cost, though it is porous and requires regular powdering. Silicone is a premium alternative that is non-porous, heat-resistant, and easier to sanitize, offering superior durability and longevity for high-end retail markets.

Buyers should verify the internal skeleton material, preferably stainless steel or reinforced aluminum with multi-axis joints to ensure poseability without breakage. Additionally, check the net weight versus gross weight to calculate shipping costs accurately, and ensure the built-in heating or vibration modules (if applicable) are compatible with the target country's voltage.

Products must comply with REACH (EU) or California Proposition 65 (US) to ensure they are free from harmful phthalates and heavy metals. If the torso includes electronic components, CE, RoHS, or FCC certifications are mandatory to pass customs and ensure user safety.

Request high-definition videos of the mold lines and skin texture. Top-tier manufacturers use 3D scanning technology and hand-painted detailing (vascularity, skin pores). Ensure the implanted hair or eyebrows are securely fixed and that the interface for interchangeable parts (if any) is seamless.

Use discreet packaging without explicit imagery or text. Ensure the HS Code (typically 3926.90 or 9503.00) is correctly declared as 'Mannequin' or 'Plastic Crafts' depending on local regulations to avoid unnecessary inspections or seizures in conservative regions.

Focus on MOQ flexibility for sample testing before committing to bulk. Negotiate for OEM/ODM services, such as custom makeup or branded packaging, which can increase your retail margin. Always request a Quality Inspection Report before the final balance payment is made.

Due to the high weight-to-volume ratio, Sea Freight (LCL) is the most cost-effective for bulk orders. For smaller batches, Special Line Air Freight that handles 'sensitive goods' is preferred to ensure stable transit times and integrated customs clearance services.

Utilize Secured Trading Services provided by platforms like Made-in-China.com to protect your payment. Avoid direct wire transfers to unverified personal accounts; instead, use Escrow-based systems where funds are only released upon confirmation of shipment and document verification.
