Sex vib manufacturers

Buyers should prioritize medical-grade silicone (BPA-free and phthalate-free) to ensure skin safety and hypoallergenic properties. Technical performance should focus on motor noise levels (ideally <50dB) for discretion and waterproof ratings (IPX7 or higher) for versatility and easy cleaning. Additionally, ensure the device uses rechargeable lithium-ion batteries with a minimum standby time of 30 days and a continuous run-time of at least 60-90 minutes.

For the US market, products must comply with FDA (Food and Drug Administration) regulations regarding medical devices or novelty items. For the EU, CE marking, RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances), and REACH compliance are essential to ensure the absence of toxic chemicals. Always request MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for the batteries to facilitate smooth international shipping.

Request the supplier to provide button-press life cycle test reports (minimum 5,000 presses) and battery aging test data. It is also professional practice to ask for vibration frequency stability reports to ensure the motor does not overheat or lose power during extended use. Sourcing from manufacturers on Made-in-China.com who offer third-party factory audits is highly recommended to verify production consistency.

Adult products are often classified as 'sensitive goods' due to built-in batteries and their nature. To avoid customs seizures, ensure the HS Code (typically 9019.10 or 3926.90) is correctly declared and that the packaging is discreet and neutral. Use specialized logistics providers experienced in handling battery-inclusive cargo to prevent shipping delays or safety rejections at airports.

When negotiating on Made-in-China.com, clearly define the AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) in the contract, typically 1.0 for critical defects and 2.5 for major defects. To protect your brand, sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before sharing custom designs (OEM/ODM). Request a sample prototype and a small trial order (low MOQ) to verify the 'hand-feel' and motor strength before committing to bulk production.

Always utilize secure payment escrow services provided by professional platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released upon confirmation of shipment. Avoid direct wire transfers to unknown personal accounts. For large-scale orders, consider hiring a third-party inspection agency (like SGS or Intertek) to perform a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) at the factory to verify that the goods match the approved sample.
