Soccer court manufacturers

When sourcing a soccer court, you must prioritize FIFA-certified artificial turf or high-grade polypropylene (PP) interlocking tiles. For turf, look for a pile height of 40mm-60mm and a detex value (yarn density) of at least 8000-12000 to ensure durability. The backing material should be reinforced with UV-resistant latex to prevent degradation under sunlight. For the sub-base, ensure the supplier provides a shock pad layer to reduce player injury risks and improve ball rebound consistency.

Safety and performance are paramount. Ensure the turf meets FIFA Quality or Quality Pro standards. For indoor or multi-use courts, materials must comply with EN 14904 (surfaces for sports areas). Additionally, verify that all synthetic materials are non-toxic and lead-free, meeting REACH (EU) or ASTM (US) environmental regulations. If the court includes lighting, ensure IP65 or IP66 waterproof ratings for LED floodlights and CE/UL certification for electrical components.

A high-quality soccer court must have a drainage rate of at least 180mm/hour to prevent waterlogging. Request a permeability test report from the supplier. For outdoor installations in extreme climates, ensure the turf fibers have passed a 3,000 to 5,000-hour UV aging test to prevent color fading and brittleness. The seaming tape and adhesive used must be industrial-grade and capable of withstanding temperatures ranging from -40°C to 60°C.

Professional suppliers on Made-in-China.com typically offer OEM/ODM services. You should specify the court dimensions (e.g., 5-a-side, 7-a-side, or full scale), logo tufting (weaving the logo directly into the turf), and line marking colors. Furthermore, discuss the fence system height (usually 3m-6m) and whether you require hot-dip galvanized steel pipes to prevent rust in humid or coastal environments.

The main risks include shipping damage to heavy turf rolls and incompatibility of components (e.g., fence bolts not matching poles). To mitigate this, use Trade Assurance services and hire a third-party inspection agency to verify the quantity and quality before the container is sealed. Ensure the supplier provides a detailed installation manual or video, as improper assembly is the leading cause of premature product failure.

Soccer courts are bulky and heavy, often requiring 40HQ containers. Negotiate FOB (Free On Board) terms if you have a reliable freight forwarder, or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) if you want the supplier to handle the risk until the port of destination. Always request seaworthy packaging, such as moisture-proof plastic wrapping for turf and wooden crates for lighting and hardware, to prevent corrosion during long-term sea transit.

Always verify the supplier's Business License and Export Qualification on Made-in-China.com. Avoid paying via private bank accounts; instead, use secure payment gateways or Letters of Credit (L/C) for large-scale projects. Request a proforma invoice that clearly outlines the warranty period (ideally 5-8 years for turf) and the specific after-sales compensation terms for defective batches.
