Transformer oil purifier machine manufacturers

Buyers should prioritize the Double-Stage Vacuum System (roots pump and vacuum pump) to ensure high vacuum levels (typically ≤5Pa working vacuum and ≤50Pa limit vacuum). The Flow Rate must align with the transformer capacity; common industrial standards range from 3,000L/H to 12,000L/H. Additionally, ensure the machine features a Multi-stage Filtration System with a precision of ≤1 micron for the final stage to effectively remove carbon and impurities.

A high-quality purifier should achieve specific post-treatment parameters: Breakdown Voltage (BDV) ≥70kV, Water Content ≤5ppm, and Gas Content ≤0.1%. Request the supplier to provide Third-party Test Reports or a live video demonstration of the Oil Dielectric Strength Tester results using treated oil samples.

The machine must adhere to CE Marking for electrical safety and ISO 9001 for manufacturing quality. For units used in hazardous environments, Explosion-proof (Ex-rated) components are essential. Ensure the electrical control system includes Interlocking Protection for the oil pump, vacuum pump, and heater to prevent dry heating or oil leakage.

Single-stage vacuum purifiers are suitable for distribution transformers (below 110kV), while Double-stage vacuum systems are required for high-voltage power transformers (above 110kV/220kV). For on-site outdoor maintenance, choose a Mobile Trailer Type with a weather-proof enclosure to protect the equipment from rain and dust.

Utilize Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading Services to ensure payment is only released upon confirmation of shipping documents. It is highly recommended to hire a Third-party Inspection Agency (like SGS or Bureau Veritas) to conduct a Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI) to verify the machine's operation, wiring, and vacuum pressure stability.

Focus on the Core Components Brand List (e.g., Schneider electrics, Leybold vacuum pumps). Negotiate for a 12-24 month warranty period and insist on the inclusion of Critical Spare Parts (sealing rings, filter elements) for the first two years of operation. Ask for OEM/ODM customization regarding the voltage and frequency (e.g., 380V/50Hz vs 440V/60Hz) to match your local power grid.

Due to the precision of vacuum gauges and pumps, the machine must be packed in a Fumigated Plywood Case with internal Shock-absorption materials. Ensure the supplier uses Vacuum Packaging for the internal components to prevent rust during sea transit. For shipping to remote regions, clarify the Incoterms (FOB vs CIF) and ensure the cargo is covered by All-Risk Marine Insurance.

Confirm if the supplier provides Remote Video Installation Guidance and a comprehensive English Operation & Maintenance Manual. Check if the supplier has a record of exporting to your region on Made-in-China.com, which indicates their familiarity with local customs requirements and their ability to provide After-sales Technical Consultation across time zones.
