Wall decal sticker manufacturers

Buyers should prioritize PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) for durability and water resistance, or Fabric/Textile materials for a premium, matte look and repositionability. Ensure the thickness is between 0.08mm to 0.12mm to balance ease of application with opacity. For eco-conscious markets, request Phthalate-free and BPA-free materials to meet safety standards.

It is critical to specify the adhesive type: Removable Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) is standard for home decor to prevent wall damage. For textured walls, a High-Tack adhesive may be required. Always verify that the glue is non-toxic and water-based, ensuring it leaves zero residue after removal, which is a primary concern for end-users.

To ensure vibrant and long-lasting colors, look for suppliers using UV Printing or Eco-Solvent Inkjet technologies. Request a CMYK + White ink configuration if the decal is intended for dark or transparent surfaces. Ensure the supplier follows Pantone Matching System (PMS) to maintain brand consistency across different production batches.

For the US market, products must comply with CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act), especially if intended for children's rooms. For the EU, REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) and EN71-3 (Safety of Toys) certifications are mandatory to ensure the absence of heavy metals and harmful chemicals.

Wall decals are highly susceptible to creasing. Insist on Hard Paper Tube Packaging rather than flat envelopes for large decals. Ensure each roll is wrapped in a protective PE bag to prevent moisture ingress. For bulk shipments, use double-walled corrugated cartons and request palletization to minimize handling damage.

Start by requesting a Sample Kit to verify adhesive strength and color accuracy. Negotiate based on Tiered Pricing (e.g., 500, 1000, and 5000 units) to understand the supplier's margin flexibility. Use the Audit Reports available on Made-in-China.com to identify 'Diamond' or 'Gold' members who have undergone third-party field inspections by SGS or TÜV Rheinland.

Utilize Secured Payment services provided by the platform to ensure funds are only released upon confirmation of receipt. Define a clear Quality Agreement that specifies a Defect Rate of <1%. For large orders, hire a third-party inspection service to conduct a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) focusing on die-cutting precision and adhesive peel strength.

Since wall decals are lightweight but can be bulky when tubed, calculate the Volumetric Weight (L x W x H / 5000). For small batches, Air Express (DHL/FedEx) is efficient, but for large volumes, Sea Freight (LCL) is more economical. Ensure the supplier provides the correct HS Code (typically 3919.90) to avoid customs delays and incorrect duty assessments.
