Wall fence manufacturers

For long-term durability, the choice of material is critical. For coastal or high-humidity areas, prioritize Aluminum alloy or Hot-dip Galvanized Steel with a zinc coating thickness of at least 80-100g/m² to prevent corrosion. For industrial security, high-tensile steel with powder coating (AkzoNobel or Tiger brand) is recommended to ensure UV resistance and scratch protection. If sourcing WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) fences, ensure the HDPE content is around 30-35% for the best balance of flexibility and strength.

Buyers must ensure products meet ASTM F2408 for ornamental fencings or EN 10223 for steel wire and fencing products. For safety and structural integrity, request ISO 9001 certification from the manufacturer. If the fence is for public infrastructure, verify wind load test reports (e.g., resistance to Category 12 typhoons) and salt spray test results (minimum 500-1000 hours) to guarantee coating longevity.

Focus on the connection mechanism; anti-theft bolts and hidden fastener systems are essential for high-security zones. For installation efficiency, look for modular 'plug-and-play' designs that reduce labor costs by up to 40%. Ensure the post wall thickness is at least 1.5mm to 2.5mm depending on the height, and verify that the welding points are smooth and treated with anti-rust paint to prevent structural failure.

The biggest risks are shipping damage (bending/scratching) and specification mismatches. Mitigate this by requiring EPE foam wrapping and steel pallet packaging rather than loose loading. Always use Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading services to ensure payment is only released after third-party inspection (such as SGS or Intertek) confirms the dimensions, hole alignments, and coating thickness match the Proforma Invoice.

Wall fence pricing is highly sensitive to raw material (steel/aluminum) market fluctuations. Negotiate a price validity period of 15-30 days. For MOQs, many suppliers on Made-in-China.com accept 200-500 linear meters. To get a better price, offer a yearly procurement forecast in exchange for a 5-10% volume discount, and request free spare parts (caps, clips, and bolts) which usually account for 2-3% of the total value.

Wall fences are heavy and bulky, making Sea Freight (FCL - Full Container Load) the only economical option. Ensure the supplier provides an accurate HS Code (typically 730890 for steel or 761090 for aluminum) to avoid customs delays. For shipments to the USA or EU, check for anti-dumping duties on specific metal products. Always request a Loading Supervision Report to ensure the container is utilized efficiently without exceeding weight limits.
