Wholesale video frame manufacturers

When evaluating video frames (also known as digital acrylic frames or motion video books), you must prioritize IPS high-resolution displays (typically 480x854 for 5-inch or 1024x600 for 7-inch) to ensure wide viewing angles. The internal storage capacity (usually 1GB to 8GB) should match your content length, and the battery capacity (typically 1000mAh to 2000mAh) must support at least 2-3 hours of continuous playback. Additionally, ensure the frame supports Type-C data transfer for fast content uploading and charging.

High-quality video frames use Grade A virgin acrylic, which offers superior transparency and resistance to yellowing over time. You should request suppliers to provide scratch-resistance testing results and ensure the sealing process for the internal screen is seamless to prevent dust ingress. For bulk orders, verify that the magnetic induction switch (which triggers playback upon opening) is rated for at least 10,000 cycles.

As electronic devices with lithium batteries, video frames must meet strict safety standards. For the US market, FCC certification and UL/UN38.3 battery reports are essential. For the EU, ensure the products carry CE, RoHS, and REACH certifications to comply with environmental and safety directives. Always ask the supplier for a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) to facilitate smooth customs clearance and air freight.

Yes, most professional manufacturers on Made-in-China.com offer extensive OEM/ODM services. This includes silk-screen printing or laser engraving of logos on the acrylic surface, customized startup screens, and pre-loading marketing videos. You can also request bespoke gift box packaging with EVA foam inserts to enhance the unboxing experience for high-end corporate gifting.

The primary risks include dead pixels on screens and battery degradation during long-term sea transit. To mitigate this, implement a Strict AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) Inspection before shipment, focusing on screen functionality and battery health. Another risk is intellectual property infringement regarding pre-loaded content; ensure you have the rights to any media files provided to the factory.

Focus on tiered pricing based on volume; for example, a 500-unit order should yield a 10-15% discount compared to the sample price. Negotiate for spare units (usually 1-2%) to be included free of charge to cover potential RMAs. Additionally, request a warranty period of at least 12 months, with the supplier providing replacement components or credit for defective units in future orders.

Since these products contain lithium batteries, they are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG). For small batches, use specialized DG couriers (like FedEx/UPS with battery handling). For large wholesale volumes, Sea Freight (LCL/FCL) is most cost-effective, but you must ensure the supplier uses UN-certified packaging to prevent thermal runaway and complies with IMDG codes for maritime safety.
