Wireless controller for ps3 manufacturers

When sourcing, prioritize controllers with Six-Axis motion sensing technology and dual-motor vibration feedback to ensure full game compatibility. The wireless connection should utilize Bluetooth 2.1+EDR or higher to maintain a stable range of at least 8-10 meters. Additionally, verify the battery capacity (typically 500mAh to 600mAh), which should provide 5-8 hours of continuous playtime on a single charge via a Mini-USB port.

Request test reports for button life cycles, which should ideally exceed 1 million presses. The analog joysticks should feature 360-degree positioning accuracy with no 'dead zones.' High-quality suppliers on Made-in-China.com often use ALPS brand internal components or equivalent high-precision sensors to prevent 'stick drift' issues common in low-end alternatives.

For the US market, FCC certification is mandatory due to the radio frequency (Bluetooth) emissions. For the EU, you must ensure the product carries the CE mark and complies with the RoHS Directive (Restriction of Hazardous Substances). Since the product contains a lithium-ion battery, a UN38.3 test report and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) are essential for legal and safe international transport.

Yes, most professional manufacturers offer OEM/ODM services. Common customization options include silk-screen logo printing, customized shell colors (water transfer printing), and bespoke retail packaging. Typically, the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) for custom packaging starts at 1,000 units, while logo printing may be available for orders as low as 500 units.

Ensure the product design is 'neutral' or 'third-party style' and does not feature the official Sony logo or trademarked 'PlayStation' symbols unless you have explicit authorization. To avoid customs seizures, verify that the button icons (Triangle, Circle, X, Square) are slightly modified or that the supplier has the right to export these designs. Sourcing through Verified Suppliers on Made-in-China.com helps ensure you are dealing with legitimate factories that understand IP boundaries.

Use Secured Trading Services provided by the platform to protect your funds until delivery. Always arrange for a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) by a third-party agency to check the failure rate, which should be below 1%. Pay particular attention to the battery stability and charging circuit safety during the inspection process.

Wireless controllers are classified as Dangerous Goods (UN3481) because they contain integrated lithium batteries. You must ensure the supplier provides proper hazardous goods packaging and labeling. For air freight, the batteries must be charged to no more than 30% of their capacity. It is recommended to use freight forwarders experienced in electronics to navigate the specific customs codes (HS Code: 9504.50) and battery regulations.

In the B2B electronics sector, a 12-month warranty is standard. Instead of returning individual defective units (which is costly due to international shipping), negotiate for a 1% to 2% 'spare units' (FOC - Free of Charge) to be included in the bulk shipment to cover potential RMAs. Alternatively, agree on a credit note for the next order based on a documented defect report.
