Yogurt candy factory manufacturers

When procuring a full production line, you must prioritize automation levels (PLC control systems) and output capacity (kg/h). Ensure the machinery uses Food Grade Stainless Steel (SUS304 or SUS316) for all contact parts to prevent corrosion from lactic acid. Key components should include a high-shear emulsifying tank for yogurt base blending, a vacuum cooker for moisture control, and a servo-driven depositing machine for precise weight control of each candy unit.

To ensure global market entry, the equipment must adhere to CE certification for electrical safety and ISO 22000/HACCP principles for food safety management. For the North American market, look for UL-listed components and FDA-compliant materials for all gaskets and conveyor belts. It is critical to verify that the supplier provides a Certificate of Conformity (CoC) for the specific machinery model.

Quality validation should focus on texture consistency and shelf-life stability. Request the supplier to perform a FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) using your specific yogurt powder or liquid formulation. The machinery must demonstrate the ability to maintain active probiotics (if applicable) through low-temperature processing technologies, and the final product should show zero air bubbles and uniform color distribution.

Look for suppliers offering a CIP (Clean-In-Place) system to minimize downtime between batches. A professional supplier should provide a 12-24 month warranty, a guaranteed response time of <24 hours, and a comprehensive spare parts kit (including nozzles, seals, and heating elements). Ensure the manufacturer offers remote video technical support or on-site installation and training for your local engineers.

Utilize Secure Payment Services provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released upon proof of shipment. Always conduct a Third-Party Factory Audit (such as SGS or TÜV) before paying the 30% deposit to verify the supplier's manufacturing capability and legal existence.

Focus on the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than just the initial price. Negotiate for free wearing parts for the first two years, extended warranties, or customized mold designs included in the package. For bulk orders of multiple lines, aim for a 10-15% volume discount or improved Incoterms, such as moving from EXW to CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight).

Ensure the machinery is packed using vacuum-sealed plastic wrapping and fumigated wooden crates to prevent sea salt corrosion and physical damage during transit. Specify Professional Loading requirements in the contract to ensure the center of gravity is balanced within the container, and always purchase Marine Cargo Insurance covering 110% of the invoice value.

Before shipping, confirm the voltage and frequency compatibility (e.g., 380V/50Hz vs 460V/60Hz) and the plug standards of your facility. Request that all HMI (Human Machine Interface) software and physical manuals are translated into English or your local language to prevent operational errors and safety hazards.
