Free dildos and vibrator manufacturers

B2B buyers must ensure products are made from medical-grade silicone, which is non-porous and hypoallergenic. It is critical to verify that the materials are BPA-free and Phthalate-free to comply with international health regulations. Requesting FDA or LFGB certification for the raw materials is a standard procedure to ensure user safety and product longevity.

Key technical factors include waterproof ratings (IPX7 or higher) for versatility and ease of cleaning. Buyers should evaluate the battery capacity (mAh) and charging method, prioritizing magnetic USB charging for better sealing. Additionally, the noise level should be below 50dB to meet consumer demands for discretion, and the motor should offer variable vibration frequencies.

For electronic adult products, CE, RoHS, and FCC certifications are mandatory for entering the European and North American markets. These ensure the product meets electromagnetic compatibility and environmental safety standards. For products containing lithium batteries, a UN38.3 test report and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) are required for legal and safe international air or sea transport.

Request a Life Cycle Test report from the supplier to confirm the motor can operate for at least 200-300 continuous hours. Perform a tensile strength test on silicone parts to ensure they do not tear under pressure. For bulk orders, it is recommended to hire a third-party inspector to conduct an AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) inspection focusing on surface finish and functional consistency.

To avoid customs delays or seizures, ensure the HS Code (typically 901910 or 392690) is accurately declared. Use discreet packaging and avoid explicit imagery on outer cartons. It is vital to work with freight forwarders experienced in 'sensitive goods' to navigate the specific import regulations of the destination country, as some regions have strict morality laws regarding these items.

Focus on MOQ flexibility for trial orders to test market response before committing to large volumes. Negotiate for OEM/ODM services, such as custom logo engraving or specialized packaging, which adds brand value. Always request a pre-production sample and stipulate that the bulk quality must match the approved sample in the formal contract.

Utilize secure payment methods offered by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are protected until shipping documents are verified. Avoid direct wire transfers to unknown personal accounts. Implementing a 30% deposit and 70% balance payment against the Bill of Lading (B/L) is a standard industry practice to mitigate financial risk.

For small high-value batches, International Express (DHL/FedEx) is preferred for speed and tracking. For larger volumes, Sea Freight (LCL or FCL) is more cost-effective. Ensure the supplier provides a Battery Declaration and uses UN-certified packaging for lithium-ion products to prevent safety issues during transit.
